Introduction to the Expert Leverage Model
In this module, I introduce the Expert Leverage framework and the key principles of Expert Leverage. I also talk about the three general approaches to getting your leverage projects completed: DIY (Do-it-Yourself), DFY (Done-for-You), and DWY (Done-with-You).
This module is all about leveraging your expertise through instructor-led or face-to-face training, including live virtual training delivered through web-conferencing tools and using a team of certified trainers.

Module 3 is all about online learning. You will learn what makes e-Learning good and well … not-so-good. I’ll introduce the different types of e-Learning and how you can go from classroom materials to online courses.
e-Learning: Part Two
We continue the discussion of e-Learning in this module, taking a deeper dive into specific types of e-Learning including modules, assessments, and simulations. We also discuss the use of learning reinforcement and building your own branded university.
Creating a Compelling Value Proposition
In this module, you will learn how to develop an elevator speech for your company. A good elevator speech serves as a springboard for building a value proposition for a specific customer. And you will learn the three things that every great value proposition must do.
Licensing your Content
Module 6 covers one of my favorite topics, Licensing. You will learn in this session why it is one of my favorites, and might just become a favorite of yours, too. We’ll talk about licensing your ILT materials and providing a Train-the-Trainer approach, and we’ll discuss various methods for licensing your e-Learning assets.

How much time will I be spending each week working on this program?
